Parent’s need a night out without the kids? Having a hard time finding the perfect babysitter?
Aspire has the PERFECT SOLUTION!
Once a month, Aspire offers a Parent’s Night Out event on a Saturday from 5:30 to 9:30 pm. We provide pizza, a drink and 4 hours of PURE FUN to include: open gym, games, crafts, movies, and fun with friends. And depending on the month, we may have some extra surprises like Trunk or Treat!
Sign up early as space is limited.
Registration & Membership
We highly recommend pre-registering due to limited availability.
Attendees must register to attend Aspire events. To register, click the Register Now button next to the class of your choice and complete your registration.
1. An annual family membership is $40.
2. One membership is valid for all siblings.
3. Non-members may choose from the following 2 options when registering for an event:
Option A: Purchase an annual family membership. Enter “add membership” in the Comment section of your registration form.
Option B: Pay the non-member fee for each event registration. Non-member fees vary by event so check each event page for more details.
4. Membership expires after 1 year unless you request a renewal. For those enrolled in ongoing weekly classes, review the Membership section for your class.
5. We offer member pricing for many Aspire events such as Open Gym, Open Swim, Parent’s Night Out, Tumbling Clinic, and Camps.
Parent’s Night Out Policies
1. Discounts and Payment: Aspire will add any discounts and process payments when registration is received. Any changes to your initial registration may cause changes in discounts.
2. Non-refundable deposit: $5 per child is non-refundable once registered.
3. Transfers: If you cannot attend the date you registered for, you may transfer to another date for $5 per child. You must notify Aspire before the absence to take advantage of this option. Transfers are based on availability.
4. Cancellations without a doctor’s note:
-Cancellations within 24 hours: No refunds are given for cancellations within 24 hours before the event. See Transfers above for information on registering for another date.
-Cancellations 24 hours or more: Credit or refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be given for cancellations 24 hours or more before the event.
5. Cancellations with a doctor’s note: With a doctor’s note, we will give a full credit or refund.
6. Late pick-up fee: Aspire reserves the right to charge a late pick-up fee of $25 or more depending on the actual pick-up time. We understand the unexpected can happen so if you are delayed, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to care for your child.
7. Phones and other valuable items: We suggest phones and other valuable items are left at home. If bringing phones, they must be kept in a cubby during PNO. Our mission with PNO is to provide an engaging environment by keeping the children active and playing. Phones have proven to be a distraction, therefore, if phones are out during PNO, a coach will take the phone to be returned to the parents at pick up. Aspire is not responsible for lost items.
Pricing
Early Bird Discount: Register a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event for a $5 off the regular price.
Sibling Discount- $5 off the first additional child, $10 off any additional children.
